Participate in investigations of accidents, incidents, and near-misses
Deliver on-site programmes and oversee subcontractor performance

Chair regular meetings with subcontractors and clients

Apply and maintain the Quality Management System
Capture and share lessons learned and feedback
Implement remedial actions and escalate lessons learned to the Senior Project Manager
Flag design information issues affecting programme delivery
Lead planning and programme sessions with teams and subcontractors
