Role
What you would be doing
- Liaise with site teams for timely Goods Receipt Note (GRN) entries in SAP.
- Review client billing and reconcile unbilled revenue to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Process contractor/vendor bills post-reconciliation with Purchase Orders and site progress.
- Ensure compliance and timely payment through SAP (MIR7 and payment knock-off entries).
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to statutory requirements.
- Analyze and record monthly revenue for DL and TL projects, ensuring alignment with associated costs.
- Monitor physical stock against SAP stock reports and resolve discrepancies.
- Process GST-compliant invoices for bought-out items, freight, and service contracts (Erection & Civil) using SAP.
- Coordinate with SCM and CPMG teams for documentation and submission of client invoices.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for Revenue vs. Cost and detailed cost-to-revenue mapping sheets.
