You will lead the building’s electromechanical assets, manage the engineering team, and act as the technical liaison for the Property Manager and occupants.
Key duties include overseeing electromechanical and utility services, executing planned preventive maintenance, conducting regular site inspections, and reviewing the work of subordinate staff. You will handle documentation, hiring and training of shift engineers, budgeting, SLA/KPI monitoring, vendor quotation and invoice management, and ensure timely renewal of agreements and cost‑sheet submissions.
Additional responsibilities cover energy‑conservation initiatives, maintaining equipment history cards and logbooks, attending major complaints, enforcing safety permits and procedures, and supporting risk assessments, root‑cause analysis, and emergency response planning. Participation in evacuation drills, ERT/QRT teams, and preparation of engineering reports such as DMR and MMR are also required.
You will work on the Park Centra commercial site in Gurgaon, reporting to the Property Manager and Technical Manager, and collaborate with regional, head‑office and training teams to close required reports. The schedule is a 48‑hour weekly shift with a site team that includes a Property Manager and two assistants.
The ideal candidate is analytical, meticulous, and able to coordinate across multiple teams, with strong problem‑solving skills and a solid understanding of building operating procedures. A degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of experience in real‑estate, hotel or construction – preferably residential – are required.
