Perform basic calculations to analyze, model and design process system components using company standard software and proprietary manufacturer software.
Assist team in preparing process designs, drawings, specifications, presentations and reports, and gather information to support design decisions.
Work with other engineering disciplines and professionals in the coordination of the project under the direction of a senior engineer.
Assist in basic interpretation and verify compliance with applicable codes and engineering standards and practices.
Perform field work related to construction related activities as required.
Use knowledge of general concepts of process engineering elements through investigation and analysis, to support buildings engineering projects with a primary focus in FDA regulated facilities
Assist the team in providing support services during construction that can include submittal reviews, responses to requests for information and contract document clarifications.

Preferable years of related work experience or, an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
Employees will be required to comply with all applicable local licensing and/or certification requirements. Candidates with EIT designation strongly preferred.
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution with an emphasis in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Experience designing in accordance with cGMP’s within biotechnology / pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred.
