Assist Director of Sales and Revenue Manager with providing thoughtful marketing and pricing recommendations on a recurring basis to promote sales growth.
Collaborates with revenue management team analyzing market demand to set optimal pricing.
Keeps up to date for competitors’ top accounts, decision-makers, rates, and what it will take to move the business from within the competitive set.
Strengthens and builds relationships with assigned accounts through sales visits, client entertainment, site inspections, and repeated follow-up.
Conducts outside sales calls, while targeting results-oriented high revenue potential sales calls to ensure success.
Perform engaged tours with prospective clients with the goal of converting prospects into guests, contributing to meet or exceed budgeted goals.
Adheres to established goals and objectives, reporting guidelines consistently, completing all projects assigned in an accurate and thorough manner.
Closely works with communicating to all departments, operations, housekeeping, engineering, and residential teams.
Organizes and tracks sales activities to maximize results.

Be an active member of industry groups and networking organizations.
Plans and organizes market reviews, conducts sales blitzes, and organizes open houses for new properties.
Manages guest concerns and resolves as appropriate consulting with appropriate departments.
Conducts research, surveys, personal investigation, and study marketplace and territory to effectively capitalize on booking opportunities.
Fully supports the entire portfolio including referrals to our sister properties and entities including The Emily Hotel, Dialtone, Solette, and The Bell.
Prepares sales proposals to clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions.
Develops and promotes product image and awareness by direct mail campaigns, social media presence, and attendance of key travel and tourism tradeshows.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel sales or residential leasing is required.
Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
Ability to travel as required.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Successfully complete all training provided by the company with regards to accounting, fair housing, marketing, leasing, customer service, etc.
Prior experience with HMS, ZOHO, or another equivalent property management system is strongly preferred.
Computer literate with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, including a Hotel PMS and Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Sales Force.
A Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
Selling skills, knowledge and execution of high-level prospecting, rate and contract negotiating, business planning and cold calls.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to set daily priorities.
Prior sales experience in the Corporate Housing Market and/or an excellent network of Corporate Business clients.
