Develop product vision, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Rapidly prototype features using LLM-powered tools (Claude, Replit, Github Copilot)
Build full-stack applications using .NET (C#) for backend services and Angular for front-end UI
Ensure secure-by-design and scalable implementation patterns during MVP hardening
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Owners
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to architectural decisions while working with technical IT stakeholders to redefine how review processes and controls enable AI-first development
Define success metrics for each MVP and track value realization (e.g., cycle time reduction, revenue enablement, cost savings)
Drive customer-centric innovation through fast feedback loops
Collaborate with other engineers and AI agents in pair programming workflows
Own the backlog and participate in all events
Define and prioritize product features in alignment with business goals
Coordinate with Front Line IT to manage long-term roadmap of MVP solutions
Refine AI-generated code for production readiness
Migrate prototypes into enterprise-ready implementations within the company's preferred stack (AWS or Azure)

Strong expertise in:
5+ years in software engineering
Familiarity with Azure or AWS platforms
Prior experience in a Tech Lead role
Customer facing experience in sales or marketing
SQL/NoSQL databases

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
