Top 100 Rank
ENR Ranking
Ranked in ENR's Top 100 design firms during its first year of operation.
Formed in early 2022 under private equity backing, emerged to build North America’s next top‑20 design firm through strategic M&A and talent investment.
Headquartered in Denver, united established regional firms like Waggoner, CME, Fuss & O’Neill, Alta Planning + Design under one purpose-driven infrastructure services brand.
Specializes in transportation, water, utilities, environment, and community infrastructure, supporting clients through full project lifecycles—from planning to asset management.
Family-of-companies model grants platform firms autonomy while enabling shared capabilities, resources, and growth across regions.
Key projects include active mobility networks, water and wastewater systems, and civil infrastructure across community and municipal programs.
Unusual for a young firm, its model blends private equity backing with regional engineering partners to scale national reach while preserving local identity.
