Regional Water Market Segment Leader
Dewberry
Nationwide planning, design and construction firm creating innovative solutions for natural and built environments.
Lead regional water market growth, client relations, and team management.
Directs business development and marketing efforts including oversight of positioning, proposal development, pricing, terms and conditions, contracts, and contract negotiations.
Fosters a team environment while leveraging assets of the west region and the Water Market Segment to position, win, and oversee successful execution of water project work.
Leads a growing staff of engineers and technicians.
Participates in personnel decisions and manages personnel.
Increases Dewberry’s visibility in the public sector water business through active participation in national, state and local professional associations and community organizations.
Supports recruiting efforts aligned with regional and national water market growth strategies
Supports, participates in, and contributes to the national Water Market Segment strategic planning and execution
Establishes and successfully executes local and regional strategies aimed at sustained long-term growth of Dewberry’s water practice
Keeps informed of new methods and developments affecting the water business and recommends new practices or changes to internal programs.

B.S. Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering field; Master’s Degree in Engineering is a plus.
Strong leadership qualities and ability to coach and mentor staff.
Colorado or California Professional Engineering license or ability to obtain.

Successful track record of building client relationships in the water industry with a reputation for responsiveness and exceptional client service.
Proven experience in planning, design and construction of water infrastructure.
