The role does not include supervisory responsibilities. The employee works with various composite materials and chemicals while adhering to OSHA standards and maintains a clean, organized workspace.
The work environment frequently exposes the employee to fumes, fiberglass particles, forklift traffic, and loud noise, and the job requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Physical demands include standing for prolonged periods, stooping, bending, twisting, walking, and using hands for detailed work; good close‑vision and the ability to hear and communicate are essential.
No travel is required for this position.
Candidates should possess basic technical aptitude, including reading, writing, math, and the ability to read precision measuring tools, as well as strong communication skills and a cooperative attitude.
