Associate Director Project Management

• Provide strategic input on project approach, risk management, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the firm’s collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals, pitches, and client relationship management.
• Lead multiple projects through all phases—from feasibility and design to procurement, construction, and handover.
• Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring seamless communication, delivery, and stakeholder alignment.

As Associate Director, you’ll play a key leadership role within a high-performing team, managing landmark projects and building long-term client relationships across a diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate will be equally skilled in technical project delivery and client engagement, with a strong understanding of full project lifecycle.

• Proven ability to lead complex commercial interiors and/or hospitality projects through all delivery stages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10–12+ years of project management experience within real estate, construction, or consultancy environments.
• Acumen for business development and stakeholder client management.
• Professional certification (PMP, MRICS, PE, or equivalent) preferred.
