You have a High School Diploma, or equivalent.
You have experience with Altec, POSI Plus, Versa Lift and Terex aerial units.
You have a valid driver’s license, CDL a plus.
You have precise hand-eye coordination.
You have good verbal communication skills.
You have the ability to use a cutting torch and basic welding skills.
You have knowledge of vehicle and equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and diagnostics.
You have the proven ability to do tune-ups, brake jobs (hydraulic and air), and basic wiring.
You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
You have the ability to work with little supervision.
You have clarity of vision at 20 feet or more and 20 inches or less, with the ability to judge distance and space relationships.
You have knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures.
You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
You have extensive Heavy Truck/Heavy Equipment repair experience.
You have knowledge of Vermeer/Ditch Witch drills, plows and mix systems repair procedures.
