Contract Analyst

In this role you will be responsible for tendering, negotiating, validating, and accepting fixed price supply agreements for Sustainable Energy First clients. You'll build and maintain supplier relationships to manage query resolution and escalations for procurement related issues. You'll also co-ordinate activity between clients and suppliers to facilitate the smooth transfer of supply contracts and pro-actively manage any objections & late registration reimbursements.

• Familiarity with energy markets, pricing structures, and procurement processes.
• Awareness of regulatory frameworks and market mechanisms in sustainable energy procurement.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong ability to communicate with others, written and verbal.
• Present good analytical skills including strong Excel knowledge. Demonstrate a good understanding of Sustainable Energy First’s quality objectives and detailed knowledge of those relating to procurement and processes.
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Ability to manage multiple pricing requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
