Schedule daily Repair appointments based on established optimization strategies.
Monitor and respond to all customer communications (calls, voicemails, chats), internal tasks and emails.
Identify opportunities to re-schedule future appointments to improve daily capacity and efficiency.
Confirm all Repair appointments.
Monitor work queues to ensure cycle times are achieved.
Ensure day of appointment challenges are addressed and resolved (i.e., weather reschedules)
Notate all schedule activity and communicate changes accordingly.
Once materials are available, confirm pre-scheduled appointment date, assign technician.
Assist other coordinators in traditional workflow requirements based on need.
Ensure all completion steps are completed and notated, including payment processing.
Ensure all required materials are ordered, schedule appointment date with customer based on expected availability of materials (appointment must be within 5 days of expected ETA of materials), and monitor status of delivery to ensure expected ETA is met.
