Support project teams in executing the work in strict compliance with the contract documents.
Interface with architect, engineers, and owner representatives along with project teams to ensure understanding of and compliance with quality requirements and expectations.
Review contract documents and other project documents for constructability and accuracy.
Lead by example with quality planning and inspection of work in place, support the managing, documenting, and tracking of conformances and non-conformances.
Participate in and lead portions of quality-related project meetings including, but not limited to, pre-installation meetings, preconstruction meetings, kick-off meetings, mock-up review meetings, first-work inspections, subcontractor weekly syncs, specification reviews, owner progress meetings and others as deemed necessary to provide support and oversight of the QMP and the quality health of the project.
Understand, critically analyze, and extract critical quality elements from construction documents, submittals, etc. in support of developing QMPs.
Assist project teams in developing and executing project-specific QMPs.
Collaborate with project teams to establish roles and responsibilities for scheduling inspections, managing the inspection process, and participating in and leading inspection walks.
Review the effectiveness of project teams at implementing and executing each quality management plan and be able to communicate with project teams and regional leadership on the quality health of projects and offer suggestions for improvement.

QMS/RMS experience is preferred.
Understands quality process and protocols, how to develop project-specific written quality plans and can integrate with quality-related technology.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite and has knowledge of or can easily become proficient in software programs used by the project team (e.g., Touchplan, Procore, Autodesk, Bluebeam, etc.)
Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Engineering Technology or Construction Management, Construction Technology.
Proficient in risk analysis and mitigation, effective written and oral communication, strategic development, and process refinement.
Travel is required.
Competent in teaching, training, coaching and facilitation with an adaptable and flexible approach. Respected as a competent construction quality professional.
Proficient in construction means and methods, work sequencing and field operations experience.

The base salary range for this position represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of posting and is dependent on a number of factors including but not limited to role, level, relevant education, experience, training, skills and abilities, location, and market and business considerations. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of the various factor identified above.
