Minimum 15 years in the rail transit sector or a related field, with at least 5 years of supervisory or management experience in bid management.
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field; P.eng designation is considered an asset.
Knowledge of Progressive Design and Build (PDB) models and other contractual structures for rail and transit projects.
Familiar with AREMA, ISO, CENELEC, MIL-STD and IEEE Standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, and Outlook packages).
Strong judgement, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in project management principles, including budget and schedule control.
Knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements for passenger rail transit projects.
Expertise in preparing bid proposals for trackwork systems, signaling, automatic train controls, communication systems and propulsion power supply systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
