Ensure that as-builts are being submitted for every project at the end of the each phase and for bigger projects, in a regular basis while phases are in progress.
Obtain and maintain all Notifier Onyx Series certifications within 18 months.
Effectively interpret the contract documents, and contract specifications.
Assist management in monthly billings to ensure that cash-flow is optimized.
Perform quality controls and monitor production.
Participate in required DynaFire sponsored training.
Responsible for the mobilization, wiring, trimming, final connections, programming, pretesting, trouble shooting, final testing, and providing final documentation to complete the delivery of a system.
Promptly communicates with the customer any issues related to the project.
Secure and maintain project folders assigned for each project.
Effectively communicate the needs required to complete DynaFire's scope of work to all parties impacting the project. This includes DynaFire superintendents, foreman, installers, customers, and customer's clients.
Responsible for reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, shop and contract drawings, and specifications.
Maximize the profitability of projects assigned, including following the policy/procedure of how to invoice for a projects' materials and equipment. Must also apply labor resources in the most efficient manner.
Acquire, install, and program DynaNet radios as needed for projects. Also requires providing all the necessary information to the DynaNet Network Manager to create an account.
Attend project meetings when needed by sales or customer.
Ensures that the Construction Department Policies and Procedures are followed.
Most work with the Construction Team Manager to forecast rough-in schedules for all projects.
Motivates construction staff by counseling, appraising, and disciplining employees.
Trains and instructs customer on the proper use of the equipment.
Trains and instructs the installation workforce and peers as needed.
Guiding and instructing DynaFire personnel on the proper application of product to comply with all applicable industry codes and standards, including local jurisdiction requirements.
Interface with the Engineering department to provide feedback or gain information that will improve the delivery of a system.
Communicate effectively with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ).
Maintains technical and professional certifications for self. Promotes constant professional development and education.
Ensure that all time cards for technicians are completed, processed, and that the times are allocated properly. Review profitability reports.

Must be able to operate Volt and Ohm meter, oscilloscope, multimeter, tone generator, and batter tester.
The ability to effectively hand and computer program fire alarm panels. This includes updating and maintaining all necessary licenses required to program systems.
Obtain NICET Level II within 12 months.
Have a working knowledge of construction tools, including lifts and wire pulling devices.
Obtain NICET Level III within 24 months.
Obtain NICET Level IV within 36 months.
