The role supervises day‑to‑day electronic security system installations worldwide, acting as a liaison among managers, field staff, other departments, and customers while supporting the Regional Installation Manager in meeting contractual, quality, financial, and customer‑satisfaction goals.
- Supervise daily installation activities both on‑site and remotely.
- Monitor work performance to ensure compliance with contracts, corporate standards, laws, and financial, quality, and customer‑satisfaction targets.
- Record and maintain project data and status in project‑management platforms, providing prompt and accurate reports.
- Act as primary contact for internal and external customers during the installation phase.
- Communicate project requirements, site readiness, material and resource availability, and status to customers.
- Participate in corporate initiatives aimed at revenue, profitability, efficiency, quality, compliance, system implementation, and customer satisfaction improvements.
- Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and resource allocations to drive efficient performance.
- Identify project risks, create mitigation strategies, and implement them to avoid operational impacts.
- Facilitate resolution of issues and obstacles that impede operations.
- Supervise subcontractor labor forces.
- Serve as backup to the Regional Installation Manager.
- Assist with recruiting, training, mentoring, and staff development.
- Review and approve timecards, expense reports, time‑off requests, task completions, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Travel as needed to manage projects, customer relationships, and remote labor forces.

- Ability to climb and manipulate at least 50 lb.
- Minimum two years of relevant post‑secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Valid US passport (or obtain one within 30 days of hire).
- Ability to obtain a Secret Personnel Clearance.
- At least three years of project‑management experience in security, electrical, communications, construction, or related services.
- Experience mentoring and training personnel.
- Proven initiative in problem‑solving and obstacle removal.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- General understanding of NEC, NFPA, ICD 705, AR 190‑11, AFI 31‑101, UL 2050, and industry standards.
- Working knowledge of low‑voltage electrical and security systems.
- Familiarity with communication methods such as copper, fiber, network, and cellular.
- General business acumen and financial‑management knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook).
- Experience with Salesforce, PlanGrid, or Klient is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet time constraints.
