This is a key leadership role for a seasoned preconstruction professional who can balance high-level strategy with hands-on oversight—driving accuracy, consistency, and win-rate across pursuits.

Deep understanding of conceptual estimating, value engineering, and risk management
Confident communicator at executive and client level
Strong background in NYC commercial and/or residential construction
Proven experience leading and scaling preconstruction teams
10+ years in preconstruction / estimating with a GC or CM
