Monitor and operate the Daikin Building Management System (BMS)

Perform all scheduled maintenance as established in x5 (Daikin’s CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System)), and provides input into new maintenance schedules as equipment/facilities are added or changed
Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair test rooms, test cells and facilities
Maintain effective communications across all departments
Assist and perform other work as assigned to support facilities activities
Assist in activities related to internal and external environmental audits
Direct and work alongside contractors, as needed
Maintain a working knowledge of EH&S safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner
Utilize x5 for work order and PM (Preventative Maintenance) management
Ensure standards, policies, procedures, and maintenance of a clean work area are upheld at all times
