As the IT Senior Project Manager at Pike Corporation, you will ensure the successful delivery of corporate strategic and large transformational projects, meeting committed cost, timeline, and quality standards. The role leads the transformation of project management practices and is ideal for managing complex technical projects, vendor relationships, and agile methodologies including Scrum.
You will develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, objectives, timelines, and allocate resources while managing budgets and tracking expenditures. Success criteria will be established and communicated throughout the project lifecycle, and you will oversee the implementation and integration of Oracle and Microsoft solutions, ensuring they align with business needs.
Leading cross‑functional teams, you will provide direction, foster a high‑performance environment, and keep stakeholders informed of status, risks, and issues. Risk identification, analysis, and mitigation, along with contingency planning, will be essential to maintain project continuity.
You will ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards through regular reviews and audits, and drive change management strategies for Oracle Field Services, providing training and support to end‑users. Vendor management will include identifying, engaging, negotiating, and overseeing third‑party contracts to guarantee cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, with 10+ years of IT program management experience focusing on agile delivery, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership and communication skills. Relevant certifications such as ITIL or PMP are advantageous.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Oracle Cloud products (Field Services, Fusion HCM, Fusion ERP, CX Cloud), Microsoft Dynamics 360, Azure EDW, Power Apps, a master’s degree, and extensive experience in large matrixed organizations and system design.
