The Senior Manager, Marketing Communications will plan, develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies that boost brand awareness, support business objectives and drive engagement across multiple channels. The role will directly contribute to business growth, brand positioning and talent attraction for the Canadian Engineering Services market, requiring a strong understanding of the global engineering services landscape and competitive client environment.
Key responsibilities include contributing marketing and digital communications expertise to Canadian plans aligned with regional business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging across markets, and leveraging market insights and customer feedback to differentiate activities. You will lead the delivery of campaign content across integrated channels—digital marketing, social media, podcasts, thought leadership, client‑facing assets and events—tailored to local audiences, and oversee digital activities such as paid media, email marketing, automation, SEO/SEM and web updates while adhering to global governance and KPIs.
Collaboration with business development, win‑work and subject‑matter experts is essential to communicate value propositions, while managing the marketing communications resource pool to keep the team agile, motivated and professionally developed. You will keep internal stakeholders informed of progress, record and evaluate deliverables, celebrate successes and manage allocated budgets.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (advanced degree preferred) and has proven experience in a matrixed, multi‑regional organization. You have a track record of leadership in marketing communications, driving capability growth, best practices and talent development, and can think strategically to align with broader company objectives. Strong managerial, coaching and cross‑cultural communication skills, exceptional project‑management ability, fluency in English and French, and a data‑driven mindset are required.
AtkinsRéalis offers competitive compensation, employee recognition and a flexible benefits package that can be tailored to health, wellbeing, financial and lifestyle needs.
