Responsible for overall management and execution of assessment, remediation, reclamation and closure activities in the upstream oil and gas industry in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Provide strategic planning within larger projects to align with organizational goals and objectives, while managing complex and/or multiple projects simultaneously.
Control, forecast, and monitor all project costs, ensuring site progress aligns with planned work while holding accountability for managing project interfaces and subcontractors.
Support requests for proposal preparation and contractor bidding documents.
Support the analysis of environmental and regulatory risks for new business opportunities, maintain vendor relationships, participate in training and team meetings, implement safety programs, and ensure timely completion of administrative duties such as claims and invoices.
Make critical project decisions and prepare essential documents, including work plans, cost estimates and subcontractor management.

Strong field experience. Fieldwork anticipated to support project kick-off, lead execution and training / team development.
Demonstrated experience developing scopes of work, cost estimates, scheduling, project accounting and reporting.
Holds an applicable professional designation with the AIA, APEGA, ASBP or comparable with ability to sign off on assessment, remediation and/or reclamation scopes of work. Preference will be given to candidates with designations or the ability to hold a designation in both Alberta and Saskatchewan.
