Requirements

• Fluency in speaking, reading and writing in French is imperative

• You will be a trusted member of the Accounting Management team and a go-to member of staff.

• 7 ans d'expérience en comptabilité financière, avec des rôles ayant évolué en responsabilités — une préférence sera accordée aux candidats ayant de l'expérience en immobilier commercial.
• 7 years of experience in Financial Accounting in roles growing in responsibility - preference will be given to those with commercial real estate experience
• CPA Designation and Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a relevant field
• 3 years minimum experience managing a team of Accounting professionals of 3 or more
• Knowledge of Generally Applied Accounting Principles (GAAP) preferred
• Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en gestion d'une équipe de professionnels comptables (3 personnes ou plus).
• Working knowledge of using Yardi software
• Un niveau avancé en Excel.
• Advanced level of Excel skills
• Désignation CPA et baccalauréat en finance ou dans un domaine pertinent.
• Connaissance des principes comptables généralement reconnus (GAAP) souhaitée.
• Experience at a Public company is an asset
