- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical oversight to a growing team of engineers and project managers.
- Lead business development initiatives with GDOT, municipalities, and regional transportation agencies.
- Grow and strengthen client relationships while identifying new market opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set growth strategies and expand the firm’s transportation capabilities across the Southeast.
- Oversee planning, design, and delivery of roadway, intersection, and multimodal transportation projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and technical execution to ensure top-quality outcomes.

- Proven success managing GDOT and municipal projects.
- Strong background with MicroStation, OpenRoads, and related transportation design tools.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Georgia or ability to obtain within 6 months.

- 15+ years of experience in transportation design and project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
