Maintain exceptional client care and foster repeat business by working closely with the Head of Department to exceed client expectations.
Delivery of fire consultancy, fire strategies and design reviews for new construction projects and refurbishments
Design smoke control systems and develop robust, compliant fire strategies for new and existing projects.
Shape and grow the fire engineering offering within the company to establish best practices and technical excellence.
In conjunction with the Head of Department, develop the fire engineering offering for the company
Manage the development, recruitment, and management of a high-performing fire engineering team.
Undertake fire hazard identification and fire risk assessments to ensure compliance and safety.
Provide technical advice on fire related subjects / latest legislation to the multi-disciplinary teams across the UK offices.
Develop the fire engineering capability from its inception.
