The Manager Facilities Services (Technical Services Coordinator) is a front‑line coordination role responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating technical service activities to ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and safety. The role involves leading preventive and predictive maintenance, creating accurate work orders, overseeing CMMS data, aligning maintenance plans with production goals, integrating safety requirements, and providing hands‑on guidance during critical activities. It also includes analyzing maintenance data, championing continuous‑improvement initiatives, and supporting capital investment planning and execution.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is desired. Candidates must demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, strong decision‑making and critical‑thinking abilities, effective communication, and solid planning and organizing skills. Problem‑solving, project‑management, and service‑excellence competencies are also required, along with experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or technical coordination, proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office, and the ability to collaborate with technical and operations teams.
The position is located in East Peoria, IL (Building KK) and requires a five‑day‑a‑week onsite schedule. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available, and travel is expected to be less than 10 % of the time.
