Transportation Sales Specialist

Description

In this role you will partner with strategic distribution partners, conduct joint sales calls, and deliver in‑shop and lunch‑and‑learn product sessions. You will also ensure merchandising standards, resolve end‑user issues, and report activity to drive point‑of‑sale growth.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for Milwaukee power tools and accessories.
• Build and maintain relationships with distribution partner sales teams.
• Conduct joint sales calls and in‑shop product knowledge sessions using the Mobile Milwaukee Showroom van.
• Ensure planogram integrity and merchandising excellence in stores.
• Track and report all field activities and sales results daily/weekly.
• Collaborate with RFSM/NAM/SAM account owners and local Territory Representatives on distributor plans.
• Manage travel and expense budget and maintain constant internal and external communication.

Requirements

Candidates should have 1‑2 years of sales or marketing experience, a university degree or college diploma, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A valid driver’s license, passport, and willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time are required.
