Experience with MES / Historian systems (e.g., AVEVA PI, Wonderware, or OSIsoft).
Experience in reducing fresh water intake through recycling, reuse, and recovery projects.
Use of digital twins, predictive analytics, and AI/ML for process optimization.
Expertise in real-time monitoring and predictive leak detection through analytics and AI models.
Skilled in data-driven visualization of plant-level and network-level water balance using digital tools.
Familiar with pipeline integrity management systems (PIMS) and acoustic monitoring technologies.
Strong presentation, documentation, and executive communication skills.
Ability to conduct comprehensive water audits to identify inefficiencies and potential reuse streams.
Knowledge of produced water treatment, reinjection systems, and oily water separation.
Familiarity with API separators, membrane filtration, flotation (DAF), and evaporation systems.
Proven ability to optimize water usage in industrial processes, cooling towers, and utilities.
Experience in carbon and water intensity reduction initiatives for industrial facilities.
Educational & Professional Credentials
Experience in multi-site rollout of digital solutions and stakeholder coordination.
Familiar with cloud-based SaaS platforms for digital water management.
Skilled in energy-water nexus optimization, balancing power and resource consumption.
Ability to prioritize leak repairs based on economic and operational impact analysis.
Understanding of regulatory and environmental compliance specific to the Oil & Gas industry.
Hands-on experience in Leak Management programs using IoT, flow metering, and hydraulic modeling.
