Description
The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover, acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on‑site teams. It ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, focusing on planning, resource coordination, and problem‑solving to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.
The Building Services Manager – CxA takes full accountability for the product after it is handed over from the internal BD team, ensuring a world‑class, safe, high‑quality, and efficient service that aligns with planned site need‑by dates. Serving as the primary point of contact, this role provides professional, high‑quality service to all stakeholders and ensures seamless handover of completed designs to client installation teams.
- Oversee end‑to‑end commissioning activities ensuring factory and site checks meet design intent, safety, quality and operational standards.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to achieve safe, compliant and cost‑effective distribution of equipment across Europe.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operational Excellence, clients, suppliers, contractors and authorities to implement sustainable, root‑cause‑driven improvements.
- Maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle with all stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing commissioning team.
- Chair commissioning meetings to drive alignment and accountability.
- Monitor emerging technologies and integrate innovative solutions into commissioning processes.
- Apply analytical and data‑driven decision‑making to improve efficiency, reliability and long‑term performance.
