- Journeyman certification/technical diploma in a metal trade (e.g., Boilermaker, Pipefitter, Ironworker, Welder) or an engineering degree.
- 10+ years of progressive turnaround/shutdown experience, including at least 2 years in senior leadership roles.
- In‑depth knowledge of maintenance planning for heavy‑oil upgraders, large refineries or petrochemical plants.
- Experience with Maximo (or similar CMMS) and familiarity with Primavera and MS Project (preferred).
