CCIE/JNCIE or similar advanced certifications are assets.
Every contractor must supply their own Windows 11 Laptop computer for the duration of the assignment.
Experience with leading the transition from legacy transport networks to IP-based MPLS without interrupting grid operations.
Must have Nokia NRS II or Nokia Certified Service Routing Architect (SRA).
Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, ISA/IEC 62443) are assets.
Understanding how to bridge modern IP networks with legacy TDM (Time Division Multiplexing) systems used in older power grids.
10 years in telecom network design, with at least 5 years in utility or critical infrastructure.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunications.
Hands-on experience with Nokia IP/MPLS platforms (e.g., 7750 SR, NSP).
Every contractor must supply their own “Smart Phone”. This is needed to gain access to the Organizations network
