The representative will coordinate jobs, manage paperwork, create invoices and quotes, handle incoming customer calls, and assist sales staff with job scopes, bids, and proposals. They will also maintain job folders, conduct post‑service quality surveys, provide technical support, and help with inventory and budget tracking.
- Coordinate customer jobs and prepare associated trucking paperwork.
- Generate and distribute invoices and service quotes, including lab packs and moves.
- Field incoming calls, provide information, or direct customers to appropriate resources.
- Assist sales and technical services staff with job scopes, bids, proposals, and quotations.
- Produce customized waste profiles and shipment reports for customer base growth.
- Organize and maintain job folders and customer master files for accurate costing.
- Conduct post‑service customer surveys for quality control.
- Attend sales and other necessary meetings to stay informed.
- Provide technical support to inside and outside sales representatives and customers.
- Approve OSS, lab pack, and other job documentation.
- Order and manage office supply inventory.
- Track designated office budget items.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or have equivalent industry experience, with 2‑3 years in the environmental sector. Required skills include strong communication, analytical, technical, and organizational abilities, as well as intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and a reliable means of transportation.
