The Substation Project Manager will provide technical and project‑management leadership on large, fast‑paced utility substation construction projects. Responsibilities include developing, planning, coordinating, and fulfilling all technical requirements for assigned projects. The manager must coordinate communication across departments and with the project owner while representing the company in day‑to‑day tasks.
Wilson Construction Company has an immediate opening in its Rancho Cordova, CA office for an experienced mid‑to‑upper level Substation Project Manager. The role requires a positive, results‑oriented attitude and the ability to lead and contribute valuable input to project teams. The successful candidate will be expected to relocate to project sites as needed.
Successful candidates should have relevant experience in electrical substation project management for large‑scale construction projects and be an organized, motivated self‑starter within the utility construction industry.
