Assistant Vice President - Vendor Management. The role owns the end‑to‑end vendor development engine for Resonia across the transmission project value chain, building a stronger and broader ecosystem of EPCs and specialist partners such as survey, civil, erection/stringing, substations, logistics, ROW support, and testing & commissioning. It aims to improve delivery reliability, safety, quality, and cost competitiveness while leading capability uplift of tier‑3 and mid‑sized EPCs toward tier‑1 standards.
Key responsibilities involve building a broader pool of qualified EPCs and specialist partners, elevating their processes to tier‑1 standards, and strengthening commercial and working‑capital arrangements. Additional focus areas include guaranteeing quality, safety, and on‑time delivery while steering partnership negotiations and performance‑linked agreements.
Position demands include frequent travel to project sites and vendor offices. Required competencies span behavioural skills such as impact and influence, information seeking, initiative, and innovative thinking, alongside functional expertise in finance, operations, people, and strategy.
