Deliver technical excellence: Contribute to complex environmental projects, including:
Ensure high quality service/product delivery from the team.

Grow the business: Collaborate with business development and program management teams to identify and pursue new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
Lead with energy: Inspire and guide project teams, keeping momentum high and ensuring smooth execution—even when challenges arise.

Demonstrated experience and knowledge of environmental and regulatory programs and processes as they apply to industrial, energy, agricultural and commercial clients.
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Naturally outgoing and enjoys interacting with people.
BS degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field.
Multiple years of experience in team management and client-facing roles is a plus.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Licensed Professional Geoscientist or Professional Engineer preferred.
10+ years of direct environmental experience commensurate with the described duties of the position.
Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with new contacts.
