As a Project Surveyor you will shape residential, commercial, mixed‑use, and renewable‑energy projects, working within a collaborative, forward‑thinking survey team that values precision, creativity, and growth. - Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules with Project Managers for land‑development projects of all sizes.
- Lead boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Process survey data in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center to produce detailed plats, exhibits, and maps.
- Review and verify survey calculations and field data for precision and compliance with standards.
- Serve as the trusted survey liaison, collaborating daily with engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Expand expertise through paid training, industry events, and professional networking.

- Demonstrate deep knowledge of boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, legal descriptions, easements, title review, and real‑estate documents.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center; experience with Trimble field equipment preferred.
- Possess prior field‑crew experience (a plus) and LSIT or PLS certification (desired; multi‑state licensure a plus).
