What you would be doing
- Monitor plant performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage and supervise the operations and maintenance of a water treatment works.
- Implement and monitor visual management systems to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise processes and achieve operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Water Quality regulations.
- Lead and develop a team of Production Operators.
