

Initially, the role will be full-time on site (5 days per week) to help establish the tracker and controls. Once embedded, site attendance may reduce to 2–3 days per week by agreement.
.Supporting the setup and ongoing maintenance of project controls and trackers
You will support material and earthworks tracking, working closely with site teams to establish and maintain robust controls. A key part of the role involves using in-house GIS web platform to track earthworks and stockpiles, linking GIS data with Excel-based material tracking sheets.
.Tracking earthworks and stockpiles using GIS maps and location reference numbers
.Moving and linking data across multiple Excel sheets
. Managing and updating Excel-based tracking and reporting tools
.Using queries to extract, clean, and analyse data
.Producing clear, accurate data for reporting and decision-making
.Junior / graduate-level background in Project Controls, Engineering, .Construction, or similar
.Exposure to Power BI dashboards is desirable but not essential
.Comfortable working on site and engaging with delivery teams
.Highly organised with strong attention to detail
.Structured tracking spreadsheets

We are seeking a junior-level Project Controls / Data-focused resource to support a major infrastructure project. This role is well suited to a graduate or early-career professional with a project controls or engineering background and very strong Excel capability.
