What You Bring
-BS or MS (preferred) graduate of geological engineering/geotechnical engineering program. -Up to 2 years’ experience in geotechnical engineering. -EIT or Eligibility for Professional Engineer Licensing (P.Eng.) in future. -Field investigation experience such as permitting, various type of drilling, and laboratory test assignment are preferred -The incumbent has basic knowledge of concepts, principles, and theories in geological engineering/geotechnical discipline, including soil mechanics. -Must have flexibility to include travel for assignments -Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) -Must be proactive and ready for site investigation assignments -Knowledge of geotechnical design software programs such as LPile, APile, Slope/W, Seep/W, gINT, Open Ground, Settle3D, SHAKE, and FLAC. -Geotechnical field investigation experience.
