As a Project Scheduler for Capital Projects, you will apply technical expertise to develop and maintain schedules for electric capital infrastructure projects. You will collaborate directly with project management, client management, engineering, construction, and other stakeholders, utilizing Primavera P6 and proprietary tools to ensure project performance is tracked and communicated.
The position involves implementing project‑control tools and methodology, creating schedule requirements that follow client procedures, conducting critical‑path analysis, and managing schedule contingencies and risks. You will regularly produce updates, look‑ahead and quality reports, assemble supporting documentation, and analyze data to aid decision‑making, while supporting month‑end closing, phase‑gate processes, and standardized file management.
Candidates must be proficient in Primavera P6, have at least three years of project experience, and hold a post‑secondary degree. Strong written and verbal communication, a proactive learning attitude, and advanced skills in MS Excel or Access are also required.
Experience gained through engineering internships or co‑ops in the power sector, as well as certifications such as AACE CST, PMI equivalents, or progress toward AACE CCP, CEP, PSP, PRMP, EVP, are valued but not mandatory.
This role provides a hybrid work arrangement, requiring three days per week in the office and allowing two days of remote work. This schedule balances in‑person collaboration with remote flexibility.

The salary range for this position is $72,690 to $106,250, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package and eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Compensation ranges are disclosed in compliance with local and state regulations.
