Presents, explains, and justifies project estimates to senior management and relevant stakeholders
Build effective relationships with Construction, Operations, Engineering, Resource Planning, and additional stakeholders to improve estimate quality
Assist with the analysis of past estimates vs actual spending to drive estimation improvements
Prepare accurate and timely construction cost estimates with limited information
Work with the Manager to drive continuous improvement and review policies and procedures
Assist and coach senior estimators, estimators, and associate estimators with estimating best practices review and sign off on their estimates

Knowledge of main and service contracts preferred
5+ years of experience in the performance of construction, engineering, project management, or estimating required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI required
Working knowledge of SAP and IBM Maximo preferred
Field experience performing or supervising gas main replacements preferred
Valid driver’s license required
3+ years of experience in gas utility construction, maintenance, or engineering required
