The company is seeking a skilled Drill Rig Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair drill rigs and related heavy equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations for environmental and geotechnical projects.
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical certification preferred, at least five years of heavy‑equipment maintenance experience, strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, electrical components, and the ability to read technical manuals. A valid driver’s license (CDL preferred), ability to lift 50 lb, and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and remote locations are also required.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred.
- Possess at least five years of heavy‑equipment or drill‑rig maintenance experience.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical components.
- Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately.
- Exhibit excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred) and be able to lift up to 50 lb.
