

Designs, builds, operates and maintains cyber‑physical systems for mission‑critical facilities worldwide.
The Building Operations Center (BOC) Specialist monitors and operates the Building Automation System, handles service desk calls, and creates work orders. The role requires adjusting the BAS in response to tenant calls, alarms, and work orders, as well as coordinating with the call center and field trades to troubleshoot system issues.
All applicants selected for this role will undergo a government security investigation and must meet U.S. citizenship eligibility requirements. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a HSPD‑12 and Secret clearance, with a preference for existing Secret active status.
Qualified candidates possess a high school diploma or GED with at least eight years of progressive experience, including three years of BAS monitoring and DDC controls. Technical abilities include operating a Windows PC, reading technical documentation, troubleshooting wiring, and understanding HVAC, mechanical, and electrical building equipment. Strong customer communication skills and the ability to work at a computer terminal for extended periods are essential.
Physical demands include regularly lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders or scaffolds up to 60 feet, and performing repetitive motions such as walking, squatting, crawling, and reaching overhead. Candidates must have good vision (corrected if necessary), color perception, and the ability to hear and communicate effectively in English.
Desired certifications include Schneider Controls Certification and Building Automation Certification, which are considered advantageous.
