Conduct operations and backlog meetings; analyze monthly reports and job cost overages.
Supervise estimating and design center staff to ensure timely and accurate purchase orders.
Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, and contract compliance.
Represent the division in monthly operations calls and LEAN initiatives.
Develop fiscal year profit plans and investigate financial variances.
Manage permitting processes and build relationships with municipalities.
Lead annual repricing of division products and support land deal proformas.
Maintain vendor files, insurance documentation, and rebate tracking.
Collaborate with Sales, Construction, and Architecture teams to streamline contract-to-start cycles.
Support the closing process and authorize HUD statements.

Bachelor's degree in Business or Construction Management (preferred)
