Collaborate closely with architects and engineers from assessment to closeout
Learn the technical and regulatory landscape of NYC’s built environment
Work on real-world, high-impact projects that blend historic preservation and innovation
Help prepare reports, drawings, and materials for Local Law 11 (FISP) compliance
Monitor project schedules, costs, and general coordination with clients and contractors
Support project managers with field investigations, site visits, and documentation
Assist with active façade and building envelope projects across NYC
Requirements

Strong communication skills and a proactive, organized work style
1–3 years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction
Valid driver’s license; OSHA or scaffold certifications are a bonus
Balanced mix of fieldwork, client interaction, and technical development
Comfortable with both office work and field conditions
Familiarity with Local Law 11 / FISP or NYC codes is a strong plus
Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
