The Assembler 1 is an entry‑level position focused on supporting the assembly of large‑scale components, sub‑assemblies, and modular units under close supervision. The role involves basic tasks such as positioning, aligning, measuring, and securing components while adhering to safety and quality standards.

• Aid in the development of workflows for large‑scale assembly tasks using TPS concepts.
• Handle and maintain large tools and equipment used in assembly.
• Position and align large components according to assembly instructions.
• Perform basic measurements to verify component specifications.
• Securely fasten components in sub‑assemblies.
• Assist with safe movement and handling of oversized materials.
• Follow safety procedures and emergency protocols for large‑scale work.
• Communicate effectively with team members during component positioning.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability to support project productivity.
• Perform basic cable terminations, testing, and accurate labeling.
• Assemble sub‑assemblies from drawings under supervision.
• Operate material‑movement equipment and manufacturing tools with oversight.
• Work efficiently installing fasteners and parts on production lines.
• Contribute to team problem‑solving and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and be able to work a 40‑hour week with possible overtime. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders or scaffolds up to 60 feet, and performing repetitive motions such as walking, squatting, and reaching, while maintaining good vision and communication skills.
