This role provides hands‑on exposure to HR operations, recruiting support, performance management systems, and HR technology initiatives. The intern will assist with both day‑to‑day HR activities and longer‑term projects that support the firm’s employees, culture, and growth.
- Support the HR team with day‑to‑day operations
- Assist with HR systems initiatives, including performance management system implementation and HR technology projects
- Provide support for recruiting and onboarding
- Help maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reporting
- Assist with internal communication and employee engagement initiatives
- Contribute to special projects that support the firm’s people, culture, and operational needs
- Attend team meetings, lunch & learns, and other presentations as part of the intern cohort
- Create and present an internship project presentation to the organization

We are seeking a highly organized, versatile person to join MBH for our 9-week Summer Internship Program. Our internship begins on June 9th and ends August 6th. Interns should be available to work on site at the Alameda office during that time.
- Current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism and discretion with confidential information
- Ability to work on site at the Alameda office for the entire program
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools preferred
