We are seeking a Project and Development Services Intern to collaborate with project management teams on presentations, budgets, playbooks and other deliverables. The role includes vendor management, RFP development, finance reconciliation and exposure to space‑planning and data analysis, building overall business acumen.
Intern responsibilities involve supporting the creation of execution playbooks and training materials, assisting with vendor and scope development, and performing coordinator tasks such as data entry, contract administration and updating the PMWeb platform. Interns will also clean and analyze spreadsheet data, take meeting notes, track project schedules and compile site‑visit summaries.
Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree (2‑3 years completed) in Architecture, Construction Management, Business or Engineering, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. They must be independent thinkers, collaborative, detail‑oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC applications. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; the internship does not provide relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.
