Experience with hydraulic and environmental calculations as well as technical report writing
Proficient in managing a wide range of water and wastewater projects to meet client schedules and budgets.
Excellent work ethic and a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles.
Comfortable to manage and develop business client relationships.
TXPE License or the ability to obtain a license in 6-months is required
4-10 years of experience
Experience with hydraulic modeling utilizing WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, InfoWater, or InfoSewer
Although expected to work independently, this individual must be able to interact well with other team members within the Wilson & Company team.
Proven teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Experience with plan production, familiarity with the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD MEP3d, AutoCAD Plant3d, or revit is preferred.
BS in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering emphasis
High degree of intrapersonal and communication skills is necessary.
Ability to mentor engineers in training and design staff in project execution and client expectations.
