- Delivering a mix of site-based and office-based tasks across a variety of exciting and complex schemes.
- You take ownership of projects – delivering high-quality investigations, assessments, and reports that our clients can trust.
- Logging exploratory holes, sampling soil and water, monitoring groundwater, and recording results to UK Standards.
- You play an active role in improving how we do things – bringing ideas that enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
- Compiling desk-study information, scheduling lab testing, analysing data, and preparing reports.
- Overseeing groundworks such as earthworks, foundations, and ground improvement operations.
- Coordinating with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly.
- Managing Phase I and Phase II ground investigations, remediation activities, and site operations.

- You thrive in a collaborative team culture, helping us deliver outstanding work on both small specialist projects and large complex schemes.
- 2+ years’ experience as a Geo-environmental Consultant / Engineering Geologist or in ground investigation.
- A proactive, can-do mindset and confidence communicating with clients and colleagues.
- Strong IT and report-writing skills, with a collaborative and organised working style.
- A relevant degree (Geosciences, Geology, Environmental Sciences, Geotechnics, etc.) – MSc welcome but not essential.
